HUMANAV - Need help logging in?

  1. Forgotten password
If you can't remember your password for logging on to the HUMANAV platform, you can change it directly from the platform's home page: https://humanav.groupcls.com/novacom-gwt-generic/index.jsp#
The procedure is as follows:
  1. On the login page, click on “Password forgotten?” below the input bar.


  1. Enter your login or email address, then click on “Apply”.


  1. Once you have received the password reset e-mail, click on the “Change my password” link in the e-mail.


  1. Personalize your new password and click on “Apply”.


NB: your new password must comply with the following rules:

  • Do not contain all or part of the user's account name
  • Must be between 8 and 12 characters long
  • Contain characters from the following three categories:
  1. At least one letter
  2. At least one digit
  3. At least one special character
2. Account blocked

If your account is blocked after too many attempts to log in with the wrong password, you have two options:
  1. Contact CLS Support by telephone on +335 61 39 50 90
  2. Contact CLS Support by e-mail at the following address: support.mobility@groupcls.com
